Saratoga, located at 2504 Meredith Ave., Omaha, NE, has about 220 students in kindergarten through sixth grade, one all day Pre-K, two half-day Early Childhood Special Education, and two all-day Head Start.
Our teachers have been trained in Reading First best practices, which helps them implement an outstanding reading program.
Saratoga participates in Partnership 4 Kids, which fosters improving academic achievement and citizenship. The key elements of the program are based upon the incentive system of setting goals in reading, math, citizenship, and recognizing goal achievement.
TEAMMATES mentoring and Monday morning greeters are also a part of Saratoga’s community support.
Saratoga is committed to providing outstanding educational programs through the combined efforts of staff, active parent participation, and community.
The school day starts at 8:40 for breakfast, instruction begins at 9:05 a.m. and dismissal is at 3:55 p.m.
